RATES (Incl. bed, bath and kitchen linen , excl. cleaning costs)

Low season (October, April) - 1750€/week

mid season (May, June, September) - 1950€/week

high season (July, August) - 2500€/week

The rate for the annex depends on the rental period, if interested this price can be requested.
The swimming pool is heated from mid-May to mid-September.

 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

You rent directly from the owner.
A maximum of 8 people can stay in the house.  At least 1 adult, over 25 years old, must be present during the total stay, or otherwise agreed with the owner.

In the house are non-smoking and pets are not allowed.

RENTAL PERIOD
The rental period runs, unless otherwise agreed, from Saturday 3 pm to Saturday 10 am. The hours can be adjusted in consultation with the owner, but the agreed dates of arrival and departure must be strictly adhered to. 

PRICES, GUARANTEE AND PAYMENT
All prices include water, electricity and heating and exclude cleaning. The additional mandatory cleaning costs amount to 130 €. The deposit is 600 €.

The reservation is only valid after receipt of the deposit and the deposit.  These must be paid within 5 days after application to bank account IBAN: BE51 0012 8910 7162, BIC: GEBABEBB. The owner will send a confirmation when he has received the money from the tenant.
When renting last minute, payment will be made according to agreement with the owner. 

FORMALITIES
We ask the name, address, e-mail and telephone number of every tenant. This information is purely informative for us and your privacy is respected at all times.
Because we attach great importance to hygiene, we provide the house with clean bed, bath and kitchen linen. In this way you can also limit the volume of your luggage.

The check-in is provided by someone on site, this person will also be responsible for the interim maintenance of the pool.
